My life verall my life is OK, my salary, average or above average, but I need extra money so I feel more secure , or able to afford better clothes, etc… or my own place… of course with a hot, gorgeous girlfriend, that would be a non-issue…

Why do I need antidepressants/Cipralex?

• When dealing with women, I am very anxious , don’t get that mixed up, I YELLED “hey she can help you over here” when people weren’t going to the Mcdonald’s line. I said “knock knock whose there sadamn, sadamn who? sadamn shame I don’t have your number” to a girl on the bus. But aside from all these guts, when I actually have a girl interested, I am too “PUSHY” , too aggressive and this ultimately drives them a way. I guess its true women like the chase
• I am impatient waiting for the bus (angry/frustration .. not necessarily anxiety)
• I get it A LOT that I come across as a nervous guy in the bars, mind you I am sober when I approach women there, for the most part, but I do look around a lot

•  normally alcohol is great, unfortunately, my friends aren’t the closest and I feel lonely with nobody to kill the time

Words of advice to people considering antidepressants:

• Be goal-oriented, when I was on antidepressants, I didn’t care about hitting on women I was just happy with my life no matter how pathetic. (luckily I quit antidepresasnts for awhile and joined the Toronto pickup artist community for a bit)

But I DO advocate antidepressants, I believe people have natural problems and stress, or low stress thresholds, which they CANNOT overcome on their own. 

I liked this girl, and just was so anxious to hear her answer about being friends that I wrote her a 5 page letter, and trust me its not a good idea. I did take it before, and It WILL effect your sex drive and sleep patterns to some level. Unlike, Paxil (makes it virtual impossible to orgasm) , with Cipralex after the 1st week or so, you will be able to orgasm, personally in like 15 minutes, so if you like your 2 minute quickies, this may not be your best bet.

So, it really “ruins” my day when I don’t hit on a gorgeous girl >>> except when I am on antidepressants, it doesn’t ruin my day anymore. I think its possible its some placebo, but it definitely helps me to sleep better, normally I can’t sleep on the bus as much, but while on the antidepresant, I doze off right away

energy: N/A , too much, fidgeting couldn’t sleep

Mood: Good at times, but couldn’t sleep, that type of feeling where it feels so good, and yet you have to use the washroom, similiar effect when taking sleping pills

apetite:N/A (too early it was my 1st day taking it)

able to sleep: no (tossing and turning virtually the whole night)

sexual functionality: N/A (too early)

I vomited in the morning after. Had very little appetite, well I am a bit anxious/upse regarding some friend of mine, but I feel in control of my thoughts.

day 2:

energy: low

apetite:none ( I ate some cashews, but am STARVING , and my stomach was upset thus didn’t feel like eating for that reason)

Mood: numb, sad/hungry…etc

sleepy: yes … low energy in the day, felt to doze off a lot, but able to resist it if I wanted to.

able to sleep: N/A (didn’t hit the bed yet)

sexual dysfunction: somewhat, lasted a good 15 minutes , rather than 5, but then again, not knowing if you are going to orgasm can be a real torture…. though I’m sure the women would enjoy

Today, I had low momentum , I have been delving into the results of being hurt by a girl. I guess it sucks how someone doesn’t want to be my friend.  Going home, this sort of cute brown girl, squeezed thorugh 2 cars, and then an agrressive car turned so I said

“hectic day huh” , from behind her, and she slowed down and talked for a bit and said yeah, I had long day at work, and she said where do you work, and we talked for a bit, an indirect opener, that was just putting myself out there, sometimes they will ignore you.

Another time today, a bus with some space was there but left, so I said in the direction of some Asian girl “that bus had room eh” … and she ignored me, or probably couldn’t hear due to her headphones, but it was fine. It could’ve been a random statement I delivered to everyone in the area.

.. I guess that makes me 2/3. since in the morning, this gorgeous Asian/Latina girl was in the elevator, and I was in headphone mode and not ready to approach her…. Another “Harold” moment.
